Established in May 2019, Terry Populis Construction, LLC (“Populis Construction”) is recognized throughout Southeast Missouri as a premiere construction company that offers a wide range of excavation services, environmental remediation, concrete work, hauling capabilities and general construction services. Populis Construction is a local family-owned company headquartered in Park Hills, MO that provides construction services with a high amount of expertise and professionalism to go with the small town feel at a competitive price to anyone. Terry Populis Construction, LLC has successfully completed many high-profile projects that can be visible at locations across The Doe Run Company (“Doe Run”) and surrounding counties in Southeast Missouri.
Our Expertise
Populis Construction specializes in construction projects that involve excavation, heavy equipment operation, and on-road hauling. The owners of Populis Construction have been providing contracting services to The Doe Run Company since 2009, before Terry Populis Construction, LLC was ultimately formed. During this experience, current employees of Terry Populis Construction, LLC worked on projects for Doe Run’s Mining and Milling Division, the battery recycling facility, Herculaneum smelter, Remediation, Soil and Land Services, and even Corporate legacy projects outside of Missouri. Populis Construction currently possess an MSA with both The Doe Run Company and Soil and Land Services, LLC. We maintain this highly trained and experienced staff with specialized equipment that enables us to work on projects of varying conditions from small projects to larger projects in the most challenging environments.

Our Staff
Terry Populis Construction, LLC currently has 51 employees which include 15 CDL licensed drivers, well-trained heavy equipment operators, laborers, and many highly-trained specialized construction personnel. It is our goal that we can provide the client with highly trained and experienced construction personnel to complete complicated projects in a safe and economical manner. Our staff is trained in MSHA surface and underground, OSHA HAZWOPER with a few employees also having their CDL Class A license and Class A certified pipe fitter.
